5th Annual Spirit First Poetry Contest

Description

Spirit First is calling for up to three poems of any length and any style. The themes for this competition are Meditation, Mindfulness, Silence, Stillness, or Solitude.

Guidelines

Poems must be previously unpublished.
The poems all in one file or inside the body of an email.
Candidates should include their name, address, telephone number, and email address.
