"The Best Decision I Ever Made" is the topic of this year's Ladies' Home Journal Personal Essay Contest. The contest is open to persons older than 21 years of age, residents of USA. There is an incredible prize for the winning essay of $3,000.

Guidelines

The essay should be a first-person, non-fiction interpretation of the contest's topic: "The Best Decision I Ever Made."
The word limit is 2,000, and the text should be typed, double-spaced and in a .doc, .docx or .PDF format. Candidates should include their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address at the top of the document. The essay should be written in English language and it should not be previously published.
